Delivery is normally within 1-5 working days (excluding weekends).
OFFSHORE, REMOTE & HIGHLANDS DELIVERY
Price calculated at checkout. Our delivery service to remote/outlying and offshore areas of the UK is charged at cost, ranging from £6.99 to a maximum of £19.99 per order.
Please allow 2-3 days longer for your order to arrive.

We regret that delivery to the Channel Islands, the Republic of Ireland and the rest of Europe is unavailable at the moment. Orders can be delivered to a UK address only.

We use a number of delivery services including Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DPD.
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses, or to addresses in the Channel Islands.
Most of our deliveries will require a signature, so wherever possible please ensure that someone is normally available at the delivery address to sign for the goods.
Items are despatched from multiple warehouses, so please be aware that your order may arrive in more than one parcel.

Order by 12pm midday Monday to Friday for same day despatch with Express Delivery options
A choice of Express Delivery options are available at the checkout, including Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£8.99) and Parcelforce 24 (£9.99).
Delivery dates/timescales are detailed at the checkout so that you know when to expect your order to arrive.
Only available with items displaying the Express Delivery banner. If your basket contains items that are NOT available on Express Delivery you will not be given the option to select it - you may prefer to order any such items separately.
